For the first time, I tried butternut squash and it was delicious.\r\n\r\nAs far as seasoning goes, I had to get a little help on that. I go to fat free vegan.com and glean from spices they list for various vegetables. The great northern beans (navy beans) I cooked were the best ever!\r\n\r\nYou know, I actually forgot how sweet fruit taste...it's deliciously sweet and juicy. Vegetables are so much tastier without the competing influences of bread and beverages.
