They learn fear through experience.  Fear is a learned response. The scripture bears witness to the fact that fear is learned.  II Timothy 1.7 teaches us that God did not give us a spirit of fear. Fear is not given by God and is not from God.</div> <div></div> <div>Someone said <b>fear </b>is nothing more than False Evidence Appearing Real. It is a true fact that what <b>God </b>gave us is <b>true</b>, and since God did not give us fear, fear must be false evidence from a false source.</div> <div></div> <div>What God <b>DID </b>give us is power, love and a sound mind!</div> <div></div> <div>HE gave us power over fear.</div> <div>HE gave us love which dispels fear.</div> <div>HE gave us a sound mind which is free from fear.</div> <div></div> <div>Next time fear knocks at your door, you declare, "fear, you are not from God, therefore, I do not receive you.
